Excellent place. Everything was brand new and spotless. Nice appliances and everything you could need is right there in the kitchen. The neighborhood is vibrant, with great restaurants within walking distance and a few good bakeries and a coffee shop within a block or two. We are a family of four, with two kids under 10, and all loved it!

My family and I enjoyed our 2 days stay here. The place is clean, perfect space for 5 people, convenient near downtown area and walkable to some good food place. Friendly staff, quick response and Melissa helped us with all the inquiries and questioned we had during our stays. The parking is a bit challenging during the day (if you dont want to pay), my family friend helped us to locate free parking around the area. There's a parking at the front of the place but you have to pay during the day. At night you could park there, I think only Monday-friday 9pm-6am for free. I have to wake up 6am to move my car, but its not a problem for me coz I got to explore the café near the area that's open at that time. The owner of the place will provide you details to where/how you could park your car during the stay. I will recommend this place and would stay here again if I visit Montreal again.
