Tiny but clean. Good location for exploring the city (20 minute walk to Old Montreal, 15 minute walk to Centre Bell) with a grocery store and cafe/bakery within 1-2 minute walk. Would stay here again for the price.

The location is quite central to all places like Notre Dame, Mid town, Old Port or Biodome. Has good cute cafes around. Check in was smooth, and the place was well kept and fully prepared for guest arrivals. Access to a great rooftop. The hosts were also very warm and helpful throughout any needs or communication. One recommendation is bug control. They were found in corners around the house. Recommended for sure! Amazing place

Upon arrival, the unit we rented had been overbooked. They quickly responded and upgraded us, free of cost to another larger unit to mitigate the problem The place was clean and spacious, well cared for. 10/10 would book in the future

Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere else

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The apartment was infested with bed bugs and management was unresponsive and irresponsible. Check in time was supposed to be at 4pm but when we arrived at 6pm, the apartment was not cleaned when we checked in. There was garbage in the bins, and the bed and mattress were even off the bed frames. Management did response when we notified them that the apartment was not cleaned on the first night and sent someone to come and clean the apartment. However, the next night we noticed a small black insect crawling on the bed covers and upon a closer look it appeared to be a bed bug. We then noticed another one crawling a few feet away on the same bed. There is definitely an infestation because they were pretty big. We immediately notified management that night, expecting management to take the situation seriously and address it appropriately. Unfortunately, management was unresponsive and did not response to my calls or text messages after that. We immediately booked another hotel and left the apartment in the middle of the night. I understand bed bugs issues can of course happen in hotel settings but the fact that management does not response at all is truly disappointing and unprofessional. I will definitely never stay on this property or any other properties owned by this company.
