Totally Remodeled- All New Furnishings- Backs to Golf Course- Great Base Camp

Welcome to Montrose and welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home backing to the 16th tee of the Black Canyon Golf Course.

This home boasts a beautiful ready to cook-in kitchen, a one car garage available to guests, a patio, a balcony, and smart TVs in the living room, master bedroom and bedroom #2. The home has been totally remodeled with all new furnishings. Everything is provided including pots, pans, dishes, a washer and dryer, linens and towels.

Montrose is a great base camp for all Western Colorado has to offer. We are within an hour drive to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Ouray, the Grand Mesa, and the Uncompahgre Plateau. We are a little over an hour drive to Telluride, Gunnison, Grand Junction, and Silverton.

Please be aware this property is strictly an animal-free zone due to severe allergies persisting in our family.

Please know are taking special steps in preparing our home for your arrival including following recommendations by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to our usual rigorous cleaning regimen, we are following the protocols laid out by the CDC using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our home and hosting your stay.

This property is beautiful, and is exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, spacious, warm, and we loved the decor! I loved the view from the loft bedroom balcony, it was wonderful to overlook the golf course! We will definitely stay there again next time we come to Montrose!

Comfy beds, clean rooms, easy to communicate with host. The listing should mention that this is a duplex with a shared wall with the bedroom downstairs. Enjoyed sitting out and watching the golfers. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking needs. The master bedroom is roomy and has a pleasant view. However it is a loft and one can’t darken the room. A shade is needed for the front door and a way to adjust the beautiful south facing window.

Just checked out after 11 days. Spotlessly clean, well stocked kitchen, newly remodeled. Peaceful, quiet and we ate dinner on the back patio overlooking the golf course The only issue we had was the coffee pot wasnt working. We told the owner and he was back with a new one in a couple of hours.

Great place in Montrose

We were down for a family get together. We had three adults. We cooked for breakfast and did the rest of the meals with family. Good selection for cooking. Nice wsher and drier. Location is on a main road and easy to find. Fairly central to town. A great option if you are staying in Montrose and need a three bedroom.

Great Place To Stay. Don't Pass This By!

Great location and as their ad states, "makes a great base camp", and not much different price-wise than choosing a motel but you get so much more. Full kitchen w/huge refrigerator-ice maker, instead of a Motel mini-fridge. Coffee with choice of whole pot or individual cup. Every kitchen utensil one could think of. Plenty of room in the rental. Use of the garage and washer and dryer. Couldn't ask for much more than that! Would definitely seek out to stay again if in the area.

Perfect for National Park Sty

We came for Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park and this house was absolutely perfect for it! It is sooooooo close to the park, we were able to go multiple times a day, if we wanted to. Plus, it was pretty close to Telluride, CO - that we actually went there two days in a row, and were still able to go back to the national park in the evening. The house was totally set for a small family like we had - young adult daughter and us - so she had her pick of the two downstairs bedrooms and we had the primary upstairs. We all agreed if we come back to the area, the house would be perfect to use again.
