Overall, we had a great stay and were very happy with the hotel. The property, amenities, and staff were excellent.
The only disappointing part of our experience was our interaction with the valet attendant. Instead of politely asking for our room number or reservation confirmation, he immediately said that valet parking was only for hotel guests. The way it was communicated came across as dismissive and made us feel as though he assumed we couldn’t afford to stay at the hotel. It was an uncomfortable first impression.
I hope the hotel can remind the valet staff to verify reservations courteously before making assumptions. Aside from this incident, we truly enjoyed our stay.
