“We have loved this property for over a decade, and it never fails. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Pet friendly and the staff are wonderful. It's one of our favorite places to stay anywhere in the world. ”

“Didn’t even get out of my vehicle. As soon as I arrived it was obvious that this is not a hotel. It is a homeless shelter. Expedia should be charged for even offering this crack house as an option for lodging. I’d rather sleep in my car ”

“It was not a clean hotel - sticky floors in the rooms, stains on the wall; it was clear that the room was not really cleaned. I stayed for two nights and while housecleaning came in to refresh the towels, they did not make the bed. What was funny was that I kept the towels hung, which I thought signaled that new towels were not necessary. The elevator was dirty as well. Because of the condition of the room, I did not try the free breakfast. ”

“On second day through final not room housekeeping service. Told that they we short of staff and that normally there after the third day of your stay you receive housekeeping service. Told to put towels in the hallway outside the room and come to the desk for new towel and wash cloth Told nothing about trash removal for the room They were polite just not informed about no housekeeping until the second day of my check in Had I known that I would not have stayed there. “Nice hotel layout. The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Hair was still on the floor, and some areas could have been wiped down better. Other than that, it was a great hotel in a great location.”

Was told we could check out at 12:30 and then at 11:30 they started knocking on our door and calling us. Was told no late check out due to the workers wanted to get home for Easter.
