“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. “Very clean rooms and a quiet hotel.”

“Extremely slow check in. The bathtub had no cover on the tub overflow (disgusting!), no sink stopper, no cover for the vent on the ceiling and it was full of dust, stain on the comforter, dirty walls and floor edges. We will not stay here again.”

“I did not receive a refund of my deposit”

The beds and sheets were clean the kitchenette appliances and walls area could have used some cleaning up and wiping down . The walls in the kitchen area needs to be wiped down along with the walls in the restroom. The hotels is well lit and close to lots of restaurants, gas stations and Walmart . Are family enjoyed are stay”

The door had clearly been broken as if someone was breaking into the locked bathroom door. The shower has areas of mildew in the caulking and the bar on the shower wall is loose. The water in the bathroom sink, toilet and shower was initially not clear, but after use, the yellow brownish color cleared up. The toilet is also not secured to……
