Took 20 minutes to check in because the untrained desk attendant had to wait on the manager because he got locked out of the computer and could not login, who was working on the pool which was closed for renovations. This hotel needs to be closed down for renovation. Laundry room was shut down. Parking lots looked like a junk yard. Had to have my keycards reprogrammed 3 times because they wouldn’t open the door. Breakfast was a joke, ...

「Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation」

「This hotel has seen better days. Ongoing renovations appear to be done by someone off craigslist. The room was clean, its in a so-so quiet area ( the fire department next door tested their truck sirens at 8 am on a Sunday) but it is convenient to I 26」

I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. Continental breakfast was set up next to the laundry equipment and included only coffee, juice, yogurt, and a waffle maker. Beds appeared clean and were comfortable.」
