"The location opposite the railway station is the main reason I chose this property in July and I have returned here again in October, this year. on the latter occasion I was given a standard double room which did not suit my needs (lack of power outlets, bath not shower) but the staff were very helpful and the next day upgraded me to the room I had in July, so cannot thank them enough for that. Will, no doubt stay here again in the future."

"It was very hard to find the hotel. We have had o asked for help from random people on the street. Very confusing on the parking spaces where you can park, maybe some signs and marking with some paint, and lastly the bells of a near by church ran almost all night long every half-hour. "This our second stay here, we like the roof top patio as the main reason we stay here, we like to sit outside during the day and late evenings, there are chairs and patio furniture and if the weather is cooperating you can see matterhorn from the rooftop. Breakfast was plentiful with boiled eggs, yogurt,cheeses and assortment of bread and sliced ham, salami and fruit and vegetables. Rooms were small but expected we opted for no room cleaning to get a free drink the next day, new towels received when requested. Easy location to walk to from the train station and gondola up the mountain. Front desk were great, check in easy and we would return again."

The front desk clerk was friendly and professional, the rooms were more spacious than expected and the hotel amenities were clean and accommodating. "4 min walk from train station. Make a right out of train station. Second side street after McDonalds. Not located on main street. Breakfast, check in and out out of Hotel simi which is at the end of the same street on right side, 10 sec walk. Excellent stay. Matterhorn was white out and has free bus to hotel. About 30 min if you walk. But we did train Gornegrat. Leaves from train station. Dont miss the zoom and virtual paragliding up there. Trains every 20 min."
