“I recently stayed at this property and overall I really enjoyed my stay. The place was comfortable and I would definitely come back again. However, there were a few issues that need attention. The main problem was the lack of proper kitchen equipment. There were not enough pots and pans provided, which made it difficult to cook meals during the stay. Additionally, the frying pan that was available did not match the hob, so it could not be used properly. This was quite inconvenient and limited……

“We were told that our booking was cancelled an hour before we arrived, leaving us scrambling. ”

“Check in speed is very slow and very unfamiliar with the process. Even assign a not my reservation to me…. until my reminder they the realized. I spend for 30-40mins to complete my check in.”

“Great value, clean, modern and excellent underground car park. Service was great, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size. My only feedback would be the bed was very firm. This may suit some people but for us, we found it very uncomfortable. Everything else was ideal.”
