"The hotel refused to let my 19 year old daughter check in because she wasn’t 21. The policy was written in the smallest font possible at the very bottom of the page. I had to pay for another hotel for my daughter because of this issue. They attempted to refuse refunding me because of their supposed policy that they put in the least obvious place possible. In the end they refunded my money because I refused to just let them steal from me. The staff was rude and not helpful at all."

The AC units haven't been cleaned in YEARS. I had to clean my AC filters to get the unit to work. It was caked with dirt and dust.
