"The location was superb! We were within walking distance of Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, London Eye, Trafalgar Square, theaters, and many shops and restaurants. The suprise bonus was that the Hop On and Off Buses picked up basically at the doorstep. The hotel was on a quiet street away from the crowds. The restaurant was a great place for breakfast and dinner - reasonably priced and fantastic staff."

"Great location and professional staff in every aspect at this site. The live music at the Chino Latino restaurant was wonderful and the food excellent. Definitely worth the stay. Ask for a river view for some great pictures of the Elizabethan Tower and Parliment. "

"This property was lovely, fast and easy check in. Super clean rooms. The location is amazing. The cocoon rooms made it so dark and easy to sleep. They were also very quiet."

"All the staff are amazing. They make you feel very welcome, are all so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I really can't praise them enough! The room was small but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The air con was a massive bonus as it was very hot during our stay, but our room was lovely and cool so we got a great nights sleep each night. The only thing that I would say is to check which rooms have a better shower if you have mobility issues or if you are tall, as our shower had a big step in (it was 12 inches off the floor) which left very little room between the shower floor and the low ceiling. Im 5ft 8in and I struggled to wash my hair without banging my elbows on the ceiling! It was my daughters birthday while we were there and there was a card, balloon and chocolates in the room when we arrived, which was a lovely touch and really appreciated. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but we did eat in the restaurant in the evening. The food is delicious, the staff are lovely and we were impressed how reasonably priced it was. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and have some great options if you do have a food allergy. It is an ideal location, easy to walk to a lot of attractions, perfect for theatre visits. Lots of shops and dining options nearby too. We will definitely be back and I doubt we would stay anywhere else in London now. The hotel is great, but it's the staff that absolutely make this hotel perfect."
