Absolutely perfect!

Tastefully decorated and very, very clean! Surprisingly, very few units were in use, so we had alot of privacy. Easy access to beautiful beach, boardwalk with just a few stairs. Elevator was close to unit too. Comfy beds and we'll equipped kitchen. Highly recommend!

Amazing Views!

We loved our stay in Pine Knoll Shores! The view was AMAZING! The pictures represent the condo perfectly. We enjoyed having the beach pretty much to ourselves for the week and we enjoyed being so close to the aquarium. We would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

To start off with the positives the condo is in a nice secluded area and has parking. The upgraded kitchen is nice. We arrived back from a outing to see that the screen door was ripped off and the door unlocked. They had maintenance working on the patio without giving us any kind of heads up and they left with the door open on lunch. We were uncomfortable with the intrusion on our space without any warning and were exhausted from our outing. It wasn't a pleasant experience. The maintenance wasn't even necessary as they were adding screens to the porch. I read a review that mentioned this happened before, I even reached out to the company to make sure there wasn't maintenance and if there was they stated they would let us know. The floors were also dirty. We threw a towel over the shower rod and it came off with rust on it. Overall the place was nice enough but left a bad taste.

Clean unit and looks like picture. Comfortable unit. Condo is away from the road and shrouded with trees from the road. A few feet away from a beautiful beach. Living area and 1 of the bedrooms face the ocean. Nice screened in porch which is covered and screened. The other part of it does not have the screen. We will be coming back.

Great location!

Amazing location! Beach was just steps away and not crowded at all. We even had the pool to ourselves a couple times! The location is great. Close proximity to restaurants, activities, etc. The condo was clean and comfortable. Both bedrooms had TVs. Kitchen was stocked with all items you would need. Views from balcony were beautiful! Overall was very pleased with our stay. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing!

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. We ended up arriving earlier than expected with 3 younger kids(2 -7 year olds and an 8 year old) and the lady from Cannon Gruber made it her top priority to get us into our condo as soon as possible.The view from our balcony was spectacular. It was amazing to see the waves rolling in each morning and night. The whole condo was emaculate and there was everything we needed for our stay. Not to mention the location is close to everything you need. Everything in this listing is on point and it is as amazing and comfortable as it looks! We will definitely be booking again for our next vacation.

Very nice oceanfront condo

Beautiful condo with all necessary amenities and beautiful ocean view from balcony. Wouldn't recommend location if you are looking for quiet beach time due to proximity to hotel. Other than that, it's wonderful.

Quaint Beach Town

The Breakers was very enjoyable. The property was clean and well groomed. Beach awesome! Only a short walk to the beach from the property. Condo nicer than expected. You can tell it is maintained by the owners. Great beachfront room. Town somewhat crowded but pleasant overall. Our stay was short but we had a fun time.

Great unit, great view!

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The sliding door to the deck is extremely hard to open and needs some maintenance, but we managed to get it open enough to sit outside and watch the waves. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Beautiful Beach Condo!

We had a lovely time at the Breakers at Pine Knoll Shores. The views were gorgeous and the rooms quite spacious. Just like the pictures. Only minor things were the sliding door from the living room stuck and the ice machine on the fridge did not work. Other than those minor few things, it was a wonderful trip. I was pleasantly surprised to find paper towels, hand soap and toilet paper.....although I was instructed to bring my own. Overall, a wonderful place. Would definitely go back! People at Cannon and Gruber Realty very helpful, friendly and courteous.
