「I stayed in this hotel for two nights. In the afternoon of the second day, i came back and found that the room key not working. I went down to reception for help and got a rude treatment from the mid age man in black. The problem was not caused by me and it seemed he was annoyed that I had brought some more work to him. 「一家三口入住一連八晚，第一晚已發現樽裝護髮素用剩很少，第二天便通知前台，他竟然回答洗護用品及廁紙等用完需自行購買，他說這間不是一般的酒店，只提供一次性的 welcome pack! 床褥太軟，睡不好；第三晚開始睡沙發床，情況更差，整個人像向下傾斜⋯⋯ 住在市中心很方便，但每晚深夜都仍有群眾在街上吵鬧叫囂，星期五星期六晚更是沒完沒了的嘈吵，沒有一晚能安睡。 床頭燈及床邊堆積灰塵，很久沒有打掃。 雪櫃一打開便有異味⋯⋯ 餐枱表面沒有清潔，用布輕輕一抹就變黑了。 提供的碗碟竟然滿佈食物污跡，上次入住的住客使用後用布抹抹便放回碗櫃，酒店的清潔人員沒有重新清洗碗櫃內的用品⋯⋯ 這間一定是我住過最差的酒店」
