「First time booking an apartment and no regrets. Large main room and bedroom as well as excellent bathroom. Everything you need to either eat in the apartment or take advantage of the multitude of bars, restaurants and cafes in the Town centre. Large screen smart TV with a the usual apps already installed. Full crockery and cutlery with coffee machine, microwave, kettle and large fridge with freezer compartment. Communication from Roy the manager was superb and ensured everything went smoothly...

「Accommodation is located centrally and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen is a lovely space to come together with family. Add £13 per day for parking as the place has not its own parking. The place is clean but I gave it a 3 for cleaning because there were empty food boxes behind the desk in the main bedroom. Towels were clean but old . Communication was great and we will definitely go back again but will ask them to pay a little more...

「Great communication, property beautifully decorated. Alrhough no parking there is a 24hr carpaek 5minutes walk away and reasonably priced. Easy to unload bags as road next to it has 1hr free parking. 5min walk and you are in centre of the town which is stunning」

「We had a lovely time at Heronview. The accommodation was brilliant just right for the two of us. Our hosts were great and it was good to meet the dogs and bantems. Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. We look forward to visiting again.」

「My husband and I stayed here for two nights, it was the perfect little base for visiting the nearby villages. The annex is small but this is highlighted by the owner on the ad, however, dont be fooled by the size. It is big enough for two, clean and fully functional. Li the host waa great, welcoming and knowledgable avout the local area. Even provoded us woth a table when we asked. Would definately.recommend.」

「The Nook was lovey! Comfortable bed and lots of lovely nice touches that made us feel welcome. Bottle of wine chilling in the fridge along with some home made cakes which were waiting for us when we arrived. The host was super friendly and could not do enough for us! Thank you!」

I have to say that there was a lady at golden keys called Chelsea who was very responsive & kept her promises and I am grateful to her for sorting out the elements I raised with her of no hairdryer or iron at the apartment. The area is full of drunken/drugged people that actually made me fearful to leave the property at night. These people shouted a lot at bedtime & there is no noise insulation from the...

「I didn’t exactly know what I was letting myself in for when I booked into The Shepherd’s Lodge but it was actually a pleasant experience and it provided exactly what I was looking for i.e. a comfortable place to lay my head at night and have a cup of tea and few quiet hours after a long day at a Folk Music Festival. The only problems I encountered were due to the weather and therefore beyond anyone’s control. 」

「The property was as described the view was stunning there were plenty of places to visit covering the childreng with us,from the youngest at 2 years to the teenagers. Only flaw was the main bedroom en-suite shower having missing tiles and not usable.」
