"Il est à noter que les lits superposés sont de taille réduite donc pas convenable à un adulte. On nous a bien accomodé et gentiment avec une chambre adaptée afin que mon fils adulte et moi ayons chacun un lit régulier. Le personnel est gentil et serviable. Le déjeuner buffet est correct mais sans plus. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour."

Manor House Hotel

"On arrival, we didnt realise there was an older wing and a newer wing. We were in the older wing and the lifts do not go up to the 2nd floor in the older part of the hotel where our room was located and so we had to carry our luggage upstairs to our rooms. The walk was very higgly piggly and I did some damage to my back carrying the suitcases upstairs. As a senior, it would have been nice if help was provided with our luggage. When we checked out we asked for someone to take our luggage downstairs and staff were very accommodating. However, on arrival they should have carried them up for us. We had a really nice stay. Staff were friendly, breakfast was really nice, our rooms were cleaned. if we ran out of tea, milk or coffee we just let staff know and it was replenished. The gardens were really nice. All in all it was a lovely.stay."

Wild Thyme & Honey

10/10 Excellent
"Ive stayed in nicer rooms , ive ate in nicer bars but ultimately its the people that make a hotel. And the people at wilde thyme and honey are fantastic. A special shout out to Izy who couldn't do enough to help. The rooms are cosy and warm with thoughtful touches like pillow spray and a spot of sloe gin which was beautiful, the on site restaurant/ pub was lovely with a great drinks selection. The pantry is a useful addition for extra bits that you may need during your stay. One genuine gripe is that the car park is dangerously dark after dark. There is no lighting at all. All in all it was great. I would return for sure."
