预定了双床房，给我的是大床房，我反馈了以后，换了房间。因为房间在楼上，没有电梯，也没有服务员帮忙，所以服务不是很满意。其它都是比较中规中矩，价格不便宜，性价比不高。

The location was convenient, the staff were friendly, and it was nice and clean. However, our room was right over the pub, which was quite noisy.

The garden area outside our room needed attention badly!! I imagine they have been concentrating on the new area that I hear recently opened! The staff, especially the Manager Josh were amazing!! I actually thought he owned the place! He was everywhere! I would definitely stay there again! I wish they did have Netflix or Prime though.

Moreton-in-Marsh is a great base for those with no car. The property is great for its location (bus stop in front) and layout. The breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is a great place to hang out in the evening. Our room had a courtyard that needed some work and cleaning but that didn't bother me.

The Food was excellent, we stayed for dinner and breakfast. The hotel was beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, one smelt damp but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The other room was over the bar and was stuffy and hot even with the window open.

Recently refurbed, and perhaps not quite “in its swing” yet. Very poor checkin process - while there were many staff running around, we were left standing (feeling very much in the way) for a long time before anyone could be found to check us in. The room itself was nice but poorly laid out for 2 suitcases. Most seriously, it was boiling hot, and the window barely opened, leading to a miserable night’s sleep. We mentioned to staff but as far as we know to know impact. Roast dinner was OK. Handle fell off the door and the fire alarm went off in the night. Checkout clerk was surly. We asked them to store our bags for a few hours before we caught our train - they just left them in the open where anyone could take them. No-one asked us how our stay was.
