"Nice grounds. Location was far from any town so we had to use Uber all the time. This increased our costs. Breakfast was pricey and not offered as part of the stay. Room had no microwave or refrigerator. Was ok for the money."

"What a fantastic stay! Parking right next door (public carpark), and the hotel is directly opposite Shakespeare’s New Place house. The front of the building is the old Tudor Falcon Inn which is a really spectacular building and they have respected the interiors which is nice. The rest of the hotel is a 1960’s building which has been sensitively redone and modernised in a very stylish way. We were warmly welcomed- all the staff were fantastically welcoming and friendly. We had a barbecue dinner in the pretty rose and herb garden on Sunday evening which was brilliant. The room was spotless, had airconditioning, well equipped and the standard room had a kingsize bed. We have high standards and we are frequently disappointed but this was absolutely superb. Beautiful decor, great staff, faultless location, good food and the breakfast service was a fantastic experience too. Such lovely breakfast staff. We are already planning a return visit soon. We have spent the past five years having to visit Windsor on a regular basis and it would benefit greatly from a Hotel Indigo! No notes. Perfect. Thank you."

"Every single thing about this hotel from start to finish was perfect. The staff members at the front desk and restaurant were so warm and helpful, the entire hotel feels like you’re stepping back in time in all the best ways, and the room was INCREDIBLE. Both the breakfast and the dinner there were delicious. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room that was so cozy and full of character I wished we had booked more than one night there. Very easy access to the entire town from here and everything is walkable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this town."

Chesford Grange Hotel

"The hotel is in lovely grounds by the River Avon & has lots of parking space. The location is within easy reach by car of Kenilworth, Stoneleigh Abbey, Leamington Spa and Warwick. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is a bit small but fine if not many are using it. Breakfast is a bit expensive if you pay for it separately and a bit early for us, during the week, but there was a good selection in the buffet and menu, although you had to pay extra for some dishes. The dinner was tasty although my fish dish was a bit salty. The hotel isn't very eco friendly. There were little water bottles in the bedroom & we were given more the second day. I saw a trolley full of them. This is a lot of plastic waste. There is no need for plastic water bottles: wevfilled our own water bottles with water from the bar. Also, although we were encouraged to not discard barely used towels, one of my towels was uneccessarily replaced."
