I wish we had had more time to enjoy the property amenities, but the room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Really a luxury experience after a long day hiking the Cotswold Way. We also highly recommend the restaurant, where we had a delicious dinner and a really lovely breakfast before leaving the next morning.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room and food was lovely. The spa is quite small but nice. The only thing I would say is there were dirty cups and plates around the pool area and the service in the evening was very slow.

The spa and pool were highlights. The food was good but a little below what we have had at other 5* hotels. Puddings were superb though. The service from staff was generally pretty good and all together an enjoyable stay.

Lovely two night stay, ate in the first night which was lovely. All the staff were great, we found them all very helpful and they are an absolute asset to the Hotel (especially in this day and age when hospitality staff are hard to find) I used the spa and had an amazing back massage. Would highly recommend and will be booking again.

The location is beautiful and so is the hotel. The only thing that let it down was a bit of clumsyness: Cleaning of the room, dirty plates left in the room, no new toilet roll added, the room was 1st floor with stairs, we travelled with a young child and were unaware there was no lift before arrival. I would just expect better from a 5*
