“It was an okay stay. Location was convenient and I liked the idea of pub+hotel - easy for dining and drinking isn't it? However, the hotel rooms honestly need a bit of refurbishing and improvement on cleaniness. Shower faciltiies were a bit old and didn't function quite properly and stains were everywhere to be seen. But other than that price is okay.”

“Property was in a nice location next to small river. Room was dated…patio door fell off hinges when opened, headboards were in rough shape, toilet wouldn’t flush and had to fix myself. For some reason ours was the only room without card entry which was a bit of a pain! Also beds really firm. The front desk staff were helpful as much as possible. Restaurant was quite good. Overall was ok for what we payed. ”

“1.地點非常好。
2.好近條街和商場。
3.買東西十方便，想買甚麼也有。
4.行大約15 分鐘可以到達火車站，可乖火車轉地鐵去倫敦行街。
5.酒店外街道清潔。
6.有免費停車場非常好。
7.有後花園好
8.酒店好有特色，地板是木板，所以會有些木板聲。
9.酒店外貌與四圍的環境好配合，使人覺得好舒服。
10.酒店附近也有不同的選擇食品。(例:中國，泰國，日本食物等)
11.服務員好有禮貌
12.早餐也好好味。
13.食早餐的地方，有些櫈太舊，不過大多數都是清潔的。
14.沒有升降機，要自己拿上或下樓比較辛苦。
不知是否可以叫服務員幫手拿的。
15.如有中英對照和圖樣的餐牌更好。”

“Most things were excellent except for the booking system.
The hotel website had a phone number but no email!
When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person.
The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back.
We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website……
