“Great location in Leamington, but the property needs some serious updating. It has next to no amenities at all. And I don’t mean anything fancy - I’m talking simple basics. Our bathroom didn’t have a towel rack, or a ring to hang on, or even a space to put my toothbrush. A simple shelf would help. We had one towel each that was to last us 3 nights. The bedroom had no space - I had to literally crawl over my wife or the bottom edge of the bed to get out. Not even a bedside lamp. The night stand……

“Nice property, great location, spotlessly clean, well kitted out. Very friendly owner very flexible with meeting up and very welcoming. Only downside is the main bed is a sofa bed, very bouncy, and not very comfortable, so not a great night's sleep, but we are middle aged with dodgy backs”

“The Ettington Park hotel is an extraordinary English Family Castle with a great & long history.
Our stay in this hotel was extremely comfortable and relaxed. Despite belated arrival at night, we were all welcomed by their staff with thoughfully arranged dinner & wine & porter services of many bulk luggage.
We were luckily given to visit their dinner hall & in-house chappel to be nicely prepared for wedding ceremony. All memories were not only shot by camera but also every pictures in our……
