「Our stay was wonderful. The location was very rural which made it very quiet and peaceful. The view from the screened area in the rear of the river was relaxing (and bug free). Glasses and plates were plentiful. Short on eating utensils. Just grab some plastic with a carryout meals. The pictures of the inside and outside was exact. Very clean and well maintained. 「Had such a wonderful stay at Chateau Royal! I am from New Iberia, but we have outgrown our family home, so in recent years have needed to find alternative places to stay. This is our new favorite place. It was clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, shopping, City Park. Great view of Bayou Teche from back deck. Plenty of room for family to visit. Mickey made sure we had everything we needed. We needed extra space, and booked Bayou Chateau next door last...

「This was a beautiful, peaceful, perfect place for our adult children to stay in, that came into town for a long weekend for our wedding. It has two separate cottages perfect to have separate, space. But also has an adjoining screened back porch over looking the bayou, that we used to have a Louisiana Friday family night of gumbo, with a fire pit and visiting. The property owners were gracious enough, that they let us use the grounds and property for pre-wedding photos. It was an amazing weekend....
