"The property was lovely, if a bit harder to get due to road closures and diversions. If secluded and beautiful surroundings is your jam, this is definitely the place. The host was super helpful with directions and delivered fresh fruit for our enjoyment! Some amenities did not work well but I understand repairs are underway. One suggestion- the large porch is lovely but screening it in to discourage mosquitos would enhance guest enjoyment of the wonderful space."

The layout of the apartment and the furniture provided excellent. Wifi and TV great. No need for an alarm, the rooster next door will wake you to see the sunrise. "

"The best part of this property is definitely the outdoor space! Nicely furnished inside and out. There was poor communication with Andreas so some things need attention, specifically, the microwave that stopped working during our stay. Not the best dishwasher. The kitchen was void all spices except s&p. The bathrooms are not supplied with shampoo or soap so bring your own. The beds are very firm so great if that’s what you like. The grounds are well cared for. "

"Of you’re looking for a quiet retreat on the East Coast of Barbados, this house is perfect.It is in a great location (just down the road from Cattlewash beach), and has a beautiful sunrise view of the ocean.If you are arriving after 7 pm, I’d definitely suggest grabbing dinner on the way since most restaurants on this side of the island close between 6 and 7 pm!We did not know this and were traveling with kids…so it’s good info to have.Outside of that, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for peace and quiet."
