“酒店環境及員工一流，舒適，超值，唯一酒店門口未必可停車，有時要走一小段路先可進入，酒店裡有樓梯，如行動不方便者就不適合入住，我入住房間可適合4人使用，有2廁所，非常方便”

“I was very disappointed with my stay at Hotel Hamilton Agadir. The room was in very poor condition: the bed was extremely hard, the bedding did not feel clean, and the bathroom was old, poorly maintained, and smelled bad. The towels looked more like old rugs than hotel towels, there were not enough provided for the family, and there was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival. When I asked reception for clean towels, I was told that the person responsible for towels was not there, which is not……

“My sister and I can not fault the cleanliness. The majority of the the staff are attentive, polite and always eager to help. The food whether it was breakfast, lunch or evening meals was a very good standard and catered for all tastes. Bar and entertainment are all very good Well done to all. ”

“Terrace door did not lock and we had to get maintenance in daily. Main bedroom door also was problematic closing. Construction work within 10 metres to our room. Very noisy and dusty. No sauna, spa etc and very small outdoor gym equipment next to pool. Cannot use in the heat. Had to ask repeatedly for water, shampoo, towels etc. Felt like we were annoying the staff by asking for our door to be fixed daily and water. However great location to both old and new town.”
