"Unfortunately, this is a very dated hotel which requires deep cleaning and major upgrade and overhaul in every aspect. I can’t understand how Novotel chain allows the hotel to carry its name. "

"Amazing location. Very clean. helpful staff especially Bashir who sorted out an issue we had with our spa booking. Lots of lovely bars on the street. Feels immediately calm when you come in"

"The staff were friendly and always ready to serve. The location was good, the hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to market, however I found the drop off and pickup location not to be ideal. The hotel also offers a free pickup from the airport but doesn’t provide a free drop off to the airport, thought this is odd! Overall this hotel provided me with a good experience! "

"Good family hotel : spent 6 days there with my family (8 & 11 YO kids) and we had fun. Food was great and the shuttle to Marrakesh a great bonus. I would recommend it for sure . "
