Value for money

Enjoyable. Downside music from other residents until after 2am. Complained to reception and they promised to talk to the culprits. Rooms clean and huge. Needs updating. It's equivalent to 3 star but the setting in the nature is definitely 5 star.

Bon séjour

Bon séjour au global au Pavillon du Golf. Bon accueil, appartement agréable, jardin luxuriant magnifique, le calme de la Palmeraie très agréable. Seul bémol pas de restauration sur place, donc soit réserver le petit déjeuner la veille pour livrer ds l appartement le lendemain matin, soit aller dans le complexe à côté du même groupe, mais compter 400DHS pour 2 adultes 2 enfants, je trouve trop cher pour tous les jours. Autre bémol piscine petite avec 6 transats mais avec une très belle vue sur le golf. Globalement rapport qualité prix très bon en août quand même. Donc je recommanderais à 7.5/10.

Le paysage, le gardien très gentil de très bon conseil, l'accueil était agréable. La literie est à revoir les matelas et oreillers sont sales malgré que les draps soient propres il faut absolument des matelas et oreillers propre. Il serait bien venu d'avoir un quitte éponge et produit vaisselle puisque de la vaisselle est à disposions des voyageurs.

Great place but consider parking strategically

It is a fantastic quiet place if you do not mind nature (the frogs sing till dawn) and if you do not care much about breakfast (breakfast is served in your room for free- a glass of orange juice, pots of coffee and hot milk, two sets of pastries, butter, jam and sugar). If you need cereals, eggs, sausage, cheese, banana, apple etc then I will suggest you bring some - there is a cooker and all the utensils you need to cook and eat. The fridge, dishwasher, microwave and coffee makers are available. If coking is not your thing, Palmeraie Hotel is 3-5 minutes walk and you can enjoy your breakfast. For dinner, there is an Italian Restaurant or you can go to any of the larger hotels. The surrounding are neat and the suites have plenty of space to seat- including two overlooking the ponds. However, if you are messier than me then go elsewhere. My sheets and pillows were not changed for five nights and so the small soap and shower gel and shampoo. The rooms are cleaned and towels every two days - though towels have seen better days and look "abused" or "exhausted".

The hotels staff didn explains well how the resort works, in the same complex are 3 hotels and they share some of the facilities . When I arrived at pavilion du golf the pool of the hotel was close and no one imform me or present one alternative. Just on my 2nd day because I asked they told me i could use the pool of The palmeraie palace . I would em enjoyed better my time there if at chek in I got an explanation ofnthe dinâmicas and activities I could do in then resort ... I spend my 1st day there exploring by myself what options I had

Bad experience

I didn’t like the rooms, very low quality service, cleanliness of the room is very poor, it has nothing to do with 5* rating, not even 2 stars, with regards to the outside views is nice but the pool looks like a kids pool. I wouldn’t go back personally and I don’t recommend it at all. The cleaning is every 2 days, the towels are very old with bad clor smell

Overall, the hotel was fine and the experience was positive. But nevertheless, it's definitely not a 5 stars hotel. Moreover, it's quite far from the city. You don't have taxis coming there randomly.
