One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair. You'll find a shop and the river in 0.3 miles, and a pub in 0.2 miles. Bolland Hall is a charming base for a Northumberland escape. Note: Access to the parking is tight; please take care. Note: A children's nursery is located above the apartment; some noise may be heard in the daytime. Note: The property rests on a main road. Note: The spiral staircase is out of bounds.
The Neighborhood:
Morpeth, a charming market town in Northumberland, is a great starting point from which to travel to the countryside or the seaside. The town rests near a host of attractions including Druridge Bay, which has miles of miles of golden sand, the vibrant city of Newcastle, to the south, Alnwick, which has a castle and gardens, and the National Trust's Wallington Hall, to the west. Morpeth also offers the ruins of a historic castle, lovely parks, riverside walks, ancient architecture and churches, and an old chantry with a bagpipe museum. There is also access to the Simonside and Cheviot Hills, which offer excellent hiking opportunities amidst stunning scenery.
