“Overall, the property was clean and tidy, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the food was decent. However, one of the rooms had no working shower and despite reporting it first thing in the morning, it still wasn’t repaired when my dad returned. They did offer to move him to another room, but it was late and he just wanted to get to bed. Also, the beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows were so thin, I had to use all 4 of them. Rooms would benefit from blackout……

“I booked the apartment because it was the only one with 2 single beds on Expedia website, unfortunately it wasn’t when we got there. I didn’t see the small print about leaving a deposit (£150) when I paid for the 2 nights on Expedia app. The apartment was okay clean, but scratches on walls, doors and refrigerator, and I had to take videos as evidence just to avoid getting claims from the management, the boiler didn’t work so I read through the instructions to reboot it just to get hot water. ……

“Only stayed one night so didn’t spend much time in the hotel but the bed was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I would probably advise going early for breakfast if you are having it as things become a bit limited if you go later but what was available was very nice.”

“酒店离Jesmond地铁站很近，离市中心也近。酒店服务好，早餐好，也很安静。唯一的不足是电梯不是直达每一层。我住的层没有电梯直达，而行李很重，所以，需要搬一层才能到房间。如果是女士，就会觉得搬行李不方便。”
