不滿：整潔度、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
A truly disappointing stay.
The apartment is in a superb location in Avoriaz and as were were travelling with two young children this was a priority. However that apartment itself is very small for a family of 4 especially having a travel cot and the only space for our daughter to sleep was in the main living area which wasn't ideal as it left nowhere for us to sit once she had gone to bed. Putting that to one side we could have lived with the size if it had been clean. When we arrived the flat really spelt terribly of smoke, the cushions and pillows all smelt of smoke too. There were cigarette ends on the floor under the bed and down the side of the cushions on the sofa. This was less than ideal and I wasn't happy with the children sleeping there. We tried to arrange alternate accommodation however at the late notice this was not possible as all of Avoriaz was booked up. The reception was never open and when we spoke to them eventually they were not forthcoming in offering any help. I will be writing to Pierre & Vacances separately regarding this. The photographs of the apartment on this sight are not a true reflection on the actual state of the place when you arrive. It was very disappointing and we will not be returning to them. We actually found out speaking to other people in the same apartment block, that we had paid higher than average for the apartment too. This is frustrating as we had no other options whilst there. Think very carefully before you book this!
