Well located hotel in taipei....rooms are ample and in good condition. The only issue we had was that the staff barely speak english, but we and them found a way!!

We booked the deluxe family suite, which is huge. A living room (with work table and small dining table), separate bedroom with a king and a queen, a bathroom with standing shower and a tub, plus a closet. Water foundation at each floor and a small fridge in the room. Washer dryer on site. Great soundproofing. Although it doesn’t have a gym or pool, we feel it has everything we are looking for for our relatively long stay in Taipei.

This is a hotel I would come back to when I’m in Taipei again. The room was not only spacious and clean, everything about it feels grand. The bed was comfortable with memory foam and down pillow for you to use, the bathroom was big, grand and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and go above and beyond to ensure my family’s stay was enjoyable. They helped our large group book transport to places we wanted to visit, stored our luggage even after we checked out. As a seasoned traveller, I really cannot fault the team at Evergreen Laurel Taipei. Thank you for making our stay in Taipei amazing.

Entrance is clean along with staff to open the door for you whenever you go out or when you come back inside. If not, they will usually leave the door open for you. Lobby contains sitting areas, one giving access to tables, etc. Has a coffee machine that gives free coffee, but will occasionally need staff to refill. Front desk will usually greet you when passing by, and is friendly. They have two staff working at the desk and two chairs each when consulting with staff. Stayed longer than 10 days, and was given the option for our room to not be cleaned the next day for a basket of treats. Beds are neatly made every morning after you leave, with everything else cleaned up and organized. They will not provide amenities such as combs, shower caps, toothbrushes, toothpaste, or conditioner; bring or buy your own. Shampoo and soap has a nice scent.
