debit without authorisation

I've booked for me and for other people. wihtout any authorization they have debited everything on the credit card used as guarantee while each guest had to pay for the stay. having found the unexpected debit on the credit cart, I've asked many times the relative invoice withtout any reply. It is first time it happened such thing and for sure I'll never stay again in this hotel

A szálloda legnagyobb és egyetlen előnye fekvése, a termálfürdőbe történő egyszerű átjárás. A belépő ára a szállás árában benne van. A szolgáltatás színvonala a besorolásnak megfelelő. Az épületre némi felújítás, korszerűsítés ráférne. Ez részben igaz a termálfürdőre is.

We have been many times in Mosonmagyorovar and we liked it again. The main plus is that in the price you can freely visit the spa , both hotel and thermal area were partly restored. Not many people, calm and relaxing. Hotel room are o.k. as well as breakfast. Staff is polite. In the evening you can walk in the vicinity along the river or make some trips outside to the Danube area. We come again.

málo informací o hotelu i okolí.O župany jsme si museli říct.Jinak malebné městečko,pěkné restaurace s cenami za skvěluo večeří podstatně levnější než v hotelu.Doporučuji pobyt jen se snídaní...

Studentská ubytovna.

Hotel na tři hvězdy rozhodně nemá, snídaně vyloženě nechutná, několik dnů staré pečivo, porucha kávovaru i zásobníku na juice - takže bez nápojů, téměř žádný výběr, bez chuti. Na nezbytné přespání jako ubytovna ujde, lépe je ale najít si něco jiného.

This is one of at least two hotels which seem to have the same name. The big one has a grumpy woman running the restaurant . This smaller hotel is hidden down a side road. Had to wait a while for a receptionist to respond to the bell. It has a dirty dusty badly lit garage. My bicycle luggage did arrive clean on the bicycle but then had to be cleaned to take inside after unloading in the garage. Their restaurant had by then closed. Hence my unfortunate visit to the other place. At least I was made welcome at the Hungarian (Windmill) restaurant opposite on this my very first day in Hungary.

rekonstrukce hotelu při provozu :-((

Bohužel při našem pobytu probíhala rekonstrukce hotelu, takže nám přímo za dveřmi od rána vrtali vrtačkami. Nevím proč nás neubytovali v patře kde rekonstrukce neprobíhala, když byl hotel poloprázdný. Vždy jsme radši rychle utekli do bazénu. Ale bylo nepříjemné otevřít dveře, za nimi štafle s pracovníkem, všude plno řemeslníků a prachu a rámusu. Úklid jak takž, při tom prachu se asi nedalo nic vylepšit, za tři dny nevyměněné ručníky. Snad až to dodělají bude vše OK.

Frühstück sehr einfach von mäßiger Qualität Kaffee war nicht zumutbar..Zimmerservice mangelhaft.Nur ein Handtuch trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage.Toilettpapier zu wenig.Reception nicht sehr freundlich.
