Exuma perfection!

This is such an incredible property, and we would 100% recommend and stay there again! Tons of outdoor spaces, everything you need to spread out and truly enjoy. On one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, comfy beds, great TV/hangout area (comfy oversize couches), and a pro-stocked kitchen! We hired a chef our last night and even he complimented everything.The main house has 3 bedrooms (the bunk room is very small, but sleeps 2-3), living, dining & kitchen. The other 2 bedrooms are in stand-alone cottages detached from the main house. All are within the gates of the property. It felt very safe, and the location is great if you plan to explore the entire island. Communication was great, we had them stock the kitchen with groceries before arrival, and even rented the car thru them. It was all seamless and perfect!

This is by far the best home we have ever rented. Very clean! The house was very well stocked. Plenty of high quality dishes, pans, storage containers and all kinds of yeti cups to keep our drinks cold! We generally ate breakfast and dinner at the house. With exception of having Heather come and cook us an amazing dinner! She served us and cleaned up. She was amazing! Age range from 17-85. Everyone had plenty of room inside and out. Charlene was absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful and always responded to a question right away. We tried Tim’s on the Bay the first night we were there and did not have a very good experience. We chose not to return. Definitely rent a car so you can explore. We did the 7 beach excursion with Exuma water sports and it was amazing!!!! We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise.

We love our stay on this house beautiful view of the crystal water and beautiful sunrise. Charlene the property manager Made us fell right at home. She made our trip a lot easier by organizing our rental car and renting our boat tour. The best part is closer to the airport and downtown. Thank so much to the owner of the house. We will definitely be back.

Truly Paradise!

Our family of 10 ranging from infants to grandparents had an amazing time staying in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and have our own spaces in the 3 separate buildings. The location is truly spectacular with the most stunning water you’ve ever seen. We were amazed by the how private the beach was, and how most days we didn’t see more than a few other people in any direction. The proximity to the airport was super convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future!

In addition to a gorgeous beach and beautiful outdoor area, the house has just about everything you can imagine needing - kayaks, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, multiple areas for beach loungers, lots of coffee and cooking supplies, games, big TVs, etc. And Charlene the property manager is wonderful!

Latitude Adjustment-Exuma

Beautiful house on an exceptional property. Beach is lovely. Everything went as planned and we enjoyed our stay very much. The only issue was the a/c unit in the bedroom behind the garage. It leaked water and the thermostat did not work. We made the best of it. I’d recommend this property to others

Amazing Paradise

I have travelled extensively and I would say this was the most beautiful beach I have ever seen. I was worried about the fact that there isn't a lot to do in Exuma, but it was wonderful. We found so many ways to spend our time in this paradise. The house was amazing. Having three separate buildings was ideal for our extended families with kids and grandkids. The property manager Charlene was pleasure to deal with.

Nothing but Perfection

All I can say is WOW! Latitude Adjustment was by far the best home we have ever rented. Not only was the property/home equipped with everything we needed but the home sits on the most beautiful beach in Exuma! The manager and house keepers were so friendly and helpful with any questions we had at any time and the home was extremely clean and inviting. The beach is just a few steps away from the house and the sand/waters are absolutely breathtaking. My family is already planning our next stay at Latitude Adjustment!

Better Every Year

This was our third year back and second year in the house! They’ve added upgrades to the house and makes it feel like you’re on your own little island. Theres also a new beach bar about a 5 minute beach walk from the house. We stayed for 6 nights, and even being on a small island, we felt we needed more time. It’s always so hard leaving this retreat and we can’t wait to get back!

Great vacation

The beach is beautiful. The house worked out well for 9 of us. My wife, son, his wife and 5 grandchildren. All over 21. The house had a lot to offer, providing equipped to enjoy. All was great except the bug bites.

Awesome week in Exuma!!

The property is outstanding. Being able to walk the beach to Tims Bar was a big plus,for us!The house manager, Charlene, catered to all of our needs and met and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend chef Tevin and his partner Cheree for the catered dinner at the house, 5 stars as well! The owner, Tricia, check in with us,during our stay, to make sure we were all enjoying the property and island. Not one complaint here.Definately would book again!!

Absolute Paradise

This was my 6th time on the island and 2nd time renting a house. The 9 adults thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at Latitude Adjustment. This house was perfect for our group and offered everything we needed. Very impressed with the overall house, location and commutation between, Charlene- the property manager and Tricia- the property owner. They were both very attentive and wanted to ensure everyone had everything we needed. I am already looking forward to our next visit.

Amazing property.

Three couples, one superb house, the beach and sunshine, all this supported by an amazing team (Endalyn and Onike) made our stay very close to perfection!! Vine house, on the beach, is very well situated close to airport and Georgetown and all of it’s amenities. The house is absolutely beautiful, completely furnished not to mention the Sonos system all over the premises!! You just cannot miss by staying at Vine House through GoodLife Bahamas

February Getaway 2023

Thank you for the use of your wonderful home. The access to the beach and ocean were so nice, for walking, swimming and just hanging out. Exuma is a very chill island and should be experienced. Thanks to Charlene the property manager who was so helpful and provided good insight about the island, the house and Bahamian culture. Lots of memories made for sure.....appreciate the hospitality.

Amazing stay for a group vacation!

A group of 12 friends stayed for my 40th birthday and this house was beyond our expectations! The house manager Charlene was in touch with us during the two weeks before our arrival and helped with pre stocking groceries, getting a chef to do some dinners, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing the listing doesn’t show is just how comfortable the couches and beds ate- truly the best l’ve experienced in a rental. We are already looking at dates to come back to Latitude Adjustment!

The BEST

My family and I have been going to Exuma for the past 5 years and have stayed at different houses each time to experience other properties. After staying at Latitudes, we already booked for next year and may never change again. It is just perfect. Plenty of space, great layout, Super management and amazing access and response from the owner. I almost don't want to leave this review, so no one knows about it. It is a gem!!!
