"Great hotel if you want a local experience. We arrived at 8pm and dinner was available until 10pm in a "biergarten" setting. Really enjoyed our stay!"
"Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks.
Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.

"Hotel was clean however was brand new, continental breakfast was a bit off a let down, didnt think there was much of an option, couldnt even get a bit of toast even thought toast machine were there but werent allowed to use..
Air-con also wasnt working and it being very warm outside it was uncomfortable to sleep in.. Didnt get any information from the hotel about aircon not working before arrival.. Also no staff about at nite if needed for any issues or emergencies.."
"Very quiet, spacious, clean and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and well appointed. Sunday in Amstetten many things are closed. This hotel is next to a very nice nature walk loop around the city"

"Great property and rooms. We booked a suite for 4 people and it was wonderful 2 bedroom suite. Hotel had many features such as electrical blinds, clean and large bathroom, several seating chairs and desk space. Overall we had a great stay."

"Close to main station and other public transport, it ticks all what we required from our stay in Vienna, this was our 4th stay here and suits our needs, an equipped galley kitchen, comfy bed and a good shower, everything is clean and tidy and some basic cleaning supplys are there to aid you, if you like a bit of independence from something other than a bland hotel room this might suit you."
