"Thank you Madame, Abdel, and your tireless associate for making us feel so welcome and at home. We had a wonderful time in Meknes and a lot of that had to do with YOU. Perfect location, spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. Our stained glass window room was magical. 10 stars."

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner a part of it ( Bastila) wasn’t meet our expectations .. little of seafood with a lot of vermicile!!. Compared to it price was ☹️ so expensive !. Overall, the stay was good !. "
