Fuji. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated, and the staff were incredibly friendly and diligent. They have great hospitality. I would book this place again just to relive the feeling of my first time there."

"As of July 2025 the private onsen are BRAND NEW, the staff told me they just redid them . Do not different than the photos online, but still extremely comfortable. This place is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the room was spacious and so quiet. Very good value"

The service is impeccable, the hotel has 140+ years of history, and the dining choices are superb. Well worth the stay. And did I mention the staff? They welcomed me back (I had stayed years before) as if I were an honored guest. That little item made my day. I will return someday."
