「Joe is a superb host--very friendly and helpful without intruding and accommodating when we unexpectedly needed a key for the cottage.The place was clean and bright and had what we needed for lots of cooking and eating there. 「Great location to venture out in your car to explore the many surrounding sites - Redwoods state park so very close by, and Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches within 30 min drive. It would have been nice to know if there were any hiking trails that we could access without getting in the car. 「It was absolutely perfect! We were excited to discover every room was tastefully decorated for Christmas, including a full size tree in the living room.
