I was never told the pool hadn’t worked it 2 years and it shows on the website you should take that down that’s false advertisement and for a motel like this one with being part of Wyndham properties you should be ashamed of this please Dirty !! The online reviews need to be taken down. This place was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The wonderful woman who was serving breakfast helped me out with coffee and the whole experience was just what I needed. I’m glad I didn’t listen to the reviews. This place is definitely a three star and I hope more people rate it more appropriately.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again. Front desk person was very rude.. room was clean but outdated.. had to hit the fuse for just about every outlet in the room for lights and tv to work. My room was downgraded upon arrival which wasn’t a problem but they insisted that they can not change the price of the room… so I paid for a suite room for a base room. Terrible service overall.

The staff was very nice however when I arrived I went to a room through a hall that all you could smell is marijuana and air freshener then when in the room there was no remote control so the the front desk had to come down several times to find one that worked and to top off the visit I PRE paid for a late check out because of my next flight the came banging on the door telling me it was time for check out prior to my PRE arranged time and finally when I was ready to leave (before the PRE paid time of check out) I was not able to get back in when loading my car so I had to go to the front desk. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!
