The bathroom sink was clogged. I let the host at the front desk know about it, and it was taken care of immediately. Other than that, our room was very warm and cozy, especially since it was cold outside. The daily breakfast was pretty descent and coffee was served all day. The staff was very friendly and the corridors of the hotel smelled so good. I would stay here again.

I didn't realize that the rooms now only get cleaned before a person checks in and then after they leave. Breakfast was great. Staff very polite and friendly.
