“Beautiful and clean 500 District Guest House. We only needed to stay one night but could have definably been comfortable staying longer. House kitchen and bath was equipped with all the basic necessities and some other fun stuff! We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed coffee and breakfast downtown at 505 Café which is also owned by the 500 District. ”

“Wonderful place! Fit our needs perfectly! Beautifully decorated, comfortable bed. Was very surprised at how large the pull out couch bed was & it was also comfortable as well for a pull out! Loved the location! Walking distance from food, quiet neighborhood. If we ever end up back in the area again, would most definitely stay again! The host was wonderful & even checked in on us to make sure everything was good! Highly recommend!”

The owners did a phenomenal job renovating this historic home- it was decorated in a charming, lovely, updated manner while preserving the structural character of an older home. We've stayed in many properties, never knowing if there would be any basic supplies provided- this had perfect supplies (paper products), while also offering appreciated extras (coffee, tea, Qtips, cotton balls, soaps, etc)”
