「Rooms were clean, breakfast was fresh and all the staff were welcoming. We stayed for baseball tournament and the location was great. 」

「Expedia does not tell you this. This location charges $10 for parking. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast bar was clean and well prepared. The bed I had. Was terrible. Felt like I was sleeping in a hole in the middle of the bed had to cling to the sides. Water pressure good appeared clean」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」

「Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「LOVED this little villa. Staff was amazing, the location is tucked away and felt very private. The backyard patio and gazebo is such a vibes and every door you have to enter a code so we felt very safe. We stayed here for a festival at the Orlando Fairgrounds which was only 2.5 miles away, we will definitely be staying here again next time!」

「Right in the heart of historic downtown Sanford. Short walk to Lake Monroe and all of the local amenities. Check in was a breeze and the room was tastefully designed and color coordinated very well. The ceilings are high and the ceiling tiles are very unique. There are artistic touches in the entire unit which makes it quite cozy and fun.」
