「The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. 「This property getting to the back door is very dangerous for disabled or a senior citizen. The stair blocks too far apart, and when it training slips and falls, could happen very easily. 「The suite was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchenette that we could prepare breakfast in the morning.Location was central and no issues accessing downtown area. We ran every morning on hiking trails Kidston Lake Beach and Macintosh Trails. All assessible from the house. Basement suite was fairly quiet and no issues with noise sleeping at night. House rules were clearly outlined and we had no issues respecting them.」
