“I had a frustrating experience with this stay. As a first-time visitor to the area, I expected at least a general location or address ahead of time so I could plan my trip and know where I was heading. Unfortunately, the hosts refused to provide any address until right before check-in at 3PM. While I understand safety and privacy concerns, not giving guests any sense of location in advance makes it very difficult to plan, especially when traveling to an unfamiliar city. “The Good: Communications and location were good. Entry into the gated community and condo were simple. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent. Nice to have a garage. Overall it was generally clean and comfortable. The Not so Good: The shower doesn’t drain properly and had standing water and soap suds on the tile when we arrived and after each use. The pebble tiles on the shower floor were loose and dislodged.
