「RV was really cute and the property manager was very friendly. Everything was clean and working which is a huge plus considering it was so affordable. Only things I missed was things like hand soap, shampoo, ect. The bed was pretty hard but not the worst I've been on. No TV so if you're wanting to watch something you'll have to bring your own. We didn't have time for TV so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely stay again 」

「The property was decorated with mid century cabin charm inside and outside the garden area had distinct seating spaces to enjoy whether you wanted to dine alfresco, take a siesta in the hammock or chill on the patio listening to the river flow. All the amenities were high quality and plentiful. I wish we could have the bed shipped home it was so comfortable. I would stay there again without hesitation. 」

「We love Kernville for the biking and rafting and small town feel. The house was well located within a mile of town and was super clean. Plenty of room for 5 guys. We enjoyed hanging in the backyard too. Highly recommend 」
