“Clean and nice property. Only complaint is both showers. Showerhead is falling apart and shoots water in all directions. And water faucet control does not work right. If you can even get the hot water. Lovely property otherwise.”

“Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because check-in communication was a bit challenging. We were coming off a grand tour and has stayed in multiple homes, and were coming through areas with little to no service. I was up front about this and was unable to get an address/check in instructions until a few hours before check-in. Every other rental we had on the trip provided address and check in instructions at least 2-3 days prior to arrival. Again, overall nice stay, but we……

“Great host, really enjoyed our stay and plenty of room and amenities. Kernville is a great place to visit and would recommend this property if booking. PS: If I could, I would give this property 10/5 stars just for their dog, Dexter. He will greet you with his favorite ball to play fetch once you arrive.”

“The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip.”

“Our second time staying at this great place for the 4th of July weekend. This home is conveniently located, yet somewhat secluded. We had friends join us for bbq on the beautiful back patio under the oaks, and had a fabulous time! The kitchen was generously supplied, the beds were clean, comfortable and tastefully made up.What a great place to celebrate our Nation's 250th anniversary!!”
