Mountain View hotels in Atlanta

"I booked a studio suite with a kitchenette and the microwave didn't work. We didn't have any silverware in the room i went to the front desk and reported no help then i went to the restaurant to get silverware and the attendant was very rude and un welcoming "

Most Valet employees were wonderful but the fees for valet were not clear and priced high and one employee charged me $40 cash but then hotel charges me $155 an I’m confused as to how that is the correct amount for parking only a few hours one day and one over night parking. "

"Continental breakfast was fine the usual hot foods cereal and fruit....hallway always had peculiar smell...phone dnt work in the room... BUT THE KICKER WAS THE MATTRESS. IT WAS SUNK IN THE MIDDLE MORE THAN IT LOOKED. HOW THEY THOUGHT IT WAS PROPER TO OFFER THAT MATTRESS EVEN FOR FREE WAS BEYOND ME. CLEANESS OK Breakfast OK.I HAD ALREADY UNPACKED AND FELT PLENTY OF THOSE ROOMS HAD TERRIBLE BEDS. I WOULD NEVER Have PULLED THOSE COVERS BACK. SO BECAUSE OF THAT SUNKEN MATTRESS THAT THEY OFFERED I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE NOR RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS PATHETIC THAT THEY WOULD EVEN BRING IT INTO THE BLDG. BUT THERE IS HOPE. SO MANY MORE HOTELS IN THAT AREA WITH GREAT PRICES GREAT BREAKFAST. I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONE I HAD Stayed IN B4 BUT IT WAS NOT AND NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. SLEPT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE BED. 😂 I HAD TO JUST LAUGH AND SAY NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m. "

"Upon arrival, was ignored by staff as they argued about who could take their break next. Then, charged twice for parking. When I received my receipt after checkout, I called the hotel directly over one dozen times with no answer. The email provided in the receipt was no-reply@hilton.com."
