“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr gastfreundlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren jeden Tag sauber und gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir, dass täglich frisches Wasser auf das Zimmer gestellt wurde. Der Reinigungsservice hat ausgezeichnete Arbeit geleistet und alles war stets ordentlich. Insgesamt können wir dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden……

“Great spot! Only one real bad thing, there was an awful sewage smell in the lobby every day. Not sure what is happening but they need to fix that. Breakfast was subpar, lots of options but I couldn’t find something that I really liked. Location was great, lots of restaurants around and not far from the main area.”

The staff were so kind and helpful - and a special shout out to Iro in the restaurant who made our stay extra special - we can’t wait to tell people to go there. “The hotel is perfectly placed for seeing all of the old port and we had a room that looked onto the port itself. No review, however, can fail to mention the now-legendary George, whose family has owned this place for decades and who offers wonderful recommendations for restaurants and beaches and other not-to-be-missed sites. Actually it was a young woman at the desk (whose name I sadly didn’t catch) who recommended we switch our planned visit to Elifonissi beach to Falasarna. Brilliant! Turns……

“We had a fabulous time. Spent a week at Elia Agia in Chania. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially George!! Greeted us with a smile every morning and chatted about what local things to do and what to avoid. Our friends and my husband and I highly recommend it and hope to return soon for another visit.”

“We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice……
