"This is a beautiful canyon rim view property. The first year that we went I took all sorts of things because I wanted my kids and grands to be comfortable. I did not need 90%, the property is beautifully appointed and well equipped in the kitchen, tv in every room. They have tried to think of everything. Lots of extra towels. They have extras of all the important things. We go during the winter and the house stays warm. They even had set up a Christmas tree. All the beds are comfortable. We really love coming here for a weekend get away. "

"This hotel is disgusting. The comforter on the bed had burn holes from people smoking. The white bed sheets were yellowed as well as the pillow cases. Not to mention the sheets full of hair i assume from the last people who stayed. There is something unidentifiable smeared on the wall behind the toilet in room 220. The night stand drawer was full of trash, a cigar wrapper, a dirty tissue and other things. The best was the dried bloody finger/hand print on the inside of the door. Ive never been to Slaton and wont be back. Dont stay here! "
