Wir können das Haus nicht weiterempfehlen. Es mangelt unserer Ansicht nach ganz klar an Sauberkeit. In der Gesamtrechnung sind 350,-€ ausgewiesen für die Endreinigung. Dies wäre kein Problem, wenn man als Gast das Gefühl hätte, das Haus wäre geputzt, wenn man es bezieht. Der Esstisch und die Küchenfronten waren noch vom Vormieter verschmiert. Der Staub und die Spinnweben in den Zimmern und Bädern sagen mir, dass hier nicht ordentlich geputzt wurde. Es lag noch gebrauchte Bettwäsche in der Sauna?? Die gestellte Bettwäsche hatte zum Teil kaputte Reißverschlüsse und die Handtücher sind derart zusammengezogen, dass Sie getauscht werden sollten. Bei den Pfannen löst sich die Beschichtung und sie sind zerkratzt. Die Kaffeemaschine funktioniert, hat aber wohl die besten Jahre hinter sich. Die Speisemesser in der Küche sind auch nicht mehr die schärfsten. Der Grill ist schlicht nicht benutzbar und die Bilder in der Anzeige haben mit dem realen Zustand nichts mehr zu tun. Das Grillrost und der Deckel sind dreckig und es riecht nach ranzigem Fett. Die Ablage, auf dem der Grill steht, trieft voll Fett. Auf meinen Hinweis in welchem Zustand der Grill sich befindet, wurde uns 3 Tage später eine Reinigung angeboten, diese haben wir aber dankend abgelehnt. Neben vereinzelten Silberfischen in den Bädern, haben wir sogar Silberfische zwischen den Tellern in der Küche gefunden. Im Haus ist ein Kaminofen, nur leider kein Holz vorhanden. Dies muss man sich selbst besorgen!! Von anderen Ferienhäusern kannten wir das so bisher auch nicht. Die folgenden Punkte sind rein subjektiv. Die meisten Zimmer sind, nicht zuletzt durch die Stockbetten, recht klein. Die Matratzen sind definitiv zu weich. Die Bäder sind nicht gut geplant, nach dem Duschen steht das Wasser im Raum. Die Abzieher stehen daher nicht umsonst in jedem Bad. Es fehlt komplett an Ablagen für Duschzeug in den Duschen. Das Haus ist grundsätzlich nicht schlecht, aber es sollte besser gepflegt werden.

Kümmert euch selbst: Bettwäsche abziehen, Müll sortieren, 10 Euro ist witzig. Ich zahle euch viel Geld für Reinigung. Allgemein schlechter qualität Küche z.B unscharf Messer, kein Fit, kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrsalz, schmutzige und schrott Pfanne, Grifflos, viel mehr.

The chalet has perfect location. It was very clean and orginaized well. Some remarks: In some point the toilet paper, the garbage bag have finished and we asked more, but the person who was the poc told us that we need to buy ourself. Not all the bed were with linen. No laundery liquid was there ( we buy our self everything) We understand that this is the consept but you dont expect frim tourists that come to ine week to buy all of this. It should come with the chalet, it is basic.

Wir verlebten unseren Sommerurlaub in diesem wunderschönen, modernen und sehr großen Haus. Der Empfang bei der Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Ein besonderes Highlight für uns war die Sauna. Nach langen Wanderungen eine echte Wohltat. Die große Terrasse (beheizbar) lud zum ausgiebigen Frühstück, Abendessen oder auch zum geselligen Beisammensein ein. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit. Wir kommen wieder

Leider verfügt das Haus über keine Hausnummer und ist deshalb auch nicht so leicht zu finden. Dass die Mieter teilweise ihren Müll (Altglas und Papier) im Wertstoffhof der Gemeinde entsorgen sollen, ist ungewöhnlich und eigentlich auch unzumutbar. Von diesen Kleinigkeiten abgesehen war alles prima und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Het contact voor de aankomst en afgeven van de sleutels verliep vlot. Het huis viel zeer goed mee. Comfortabel, ruim en mooi uitzicht. De uitleg die we kregen over het huis en de omgeving was goed alhoewel alles voor zich sprak. Daar wij in het donker toekwamen konden we niet onmiddellijk zien hoe de omgeving er uit zag. Echter zagen we ‘s morgens bij het opstaan dat achter het huis een bouwwerf was. We hielden ons hart vast voor maandagochtend en onze vrees werd waarheid. De rust waarvoor we kwamen werd al om 6u15 verstoord door het werkverkeer dat vlak langs het huis passeert en het werflawaai (kloppen, boren, ...). Dit was echt wel een domper voor onze rustvakantie!

We waren hier voor de tweede keer en hebben weer heerlijk genoten in dit mooie luxueuze chalet en van de prachtige omgeving. Een minpunt deze keer waren de bouwwerkzaamheden pal achter het huis. Daar worden twee woningen gebouwd. Van 7.00-16.30 waren de graafmachines en vrachtwagens bezig, wat soms wel storend was.

Bij aankomst een uitgebreide rondleiding met uitleg gehad van de sleutelbeheerder. Heerlijk genoten in dit nieuw opgeleverde luxe en prachtige chalet. Gelegen in schitterende omgeving van de Hochkönig. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt in deze omgeving. We komen graag nog een keer terug.
