「The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent.
Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has...

「We spent a lovely Christmas here, they made it very special for us. The hotel is clean and staff is amazing. Ski bus is great but i8t is helpful to have your own vehicle if you do not wish to use a taxi service. The taxi was readliy avaiable and affordable ride to and from the villiage or Gondola. Highly recommend staying here it has a gorgeous view and property grounds to explore s well. 」
