"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."

"A good hotel which we used as a family as it was twenty mins from Phantasialand. Kids liked the pool, adults liked the sauna. All very clean and well presented. Would stay again."

Super clean, specious and sound proof rooms with comfortable bed and qualify linen. Bathroom, shower and kitchenette also super clean and well equipped. "I liked the location of the hotel. Most attractions can be reached on foot from the hotel. It’s right on the Rhine too, which was lovely to look out onto every day. Breakfast and the service was excellent. Great choice of continental or cooked breakfasts. Staff on reception were always friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."
