「Absolutely beautiful location」

「Hotel pulito con camere semplici, arredamento base.」

「The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and cozy. Staffs are helpful and friendly.」

「The staffs are super friendly. I do like their gym, super new and clean. But I have to say the room hygiene was terrible. there was used toilet paper left in the toilet; the towel was moldy. It was so disgusting that I couldn’t use any of them.」

「Very good location and nice hotle 」

「The room temperature was a bit warm through out the night despite the AC has been turned on to high speed.」

「Poor communication with guest」

「Rooms facing the main square are very noisy at night due to restaurants and bars there. The room is really small but functional. Staff is accommodating and moved us to a room away from the main square though much smaller」

「I am uncertain whether the air conditioning counts as functional, but coming from Asia rather than Europe, I wonder if this is a cultural difference.」
