We stayed in the suite and the hot water shower was so enjoyable. The only very weird thing is the suite includes a coffee machine...but you have to buy the coffee to put in it. Makes no sense "

"Although experian confirmed my booking, when I arrived the receptionist said they could not take me because i hadnt prepaid, as the town was very full with Perumin visitors, I insisted and reluctantly agreed to pay more than $500 USD per night!!! it is the most expensive and the worst hotel I have ever stayed at... scubbed walls, hard pillow, broken tiles, old scraped furniture, shower unpredictable going form cold to hot in seconds. It is an abuse to the visitors of Arequipa, shame they give Peru a bad name"
